Its early morning and I have ‘misty mountains’ stuck in my head. I have my curtains open and compared to the dark of my room the sky looks like its glowing red. I was hoping for some stars but that’s fairly rare, so this beautiful red glow will do me. There’s this beautiful peace and I’m happy here on my own with the hobbits in my head.
This is a photo I took last year when I went to the Venice art festival with my gran. The photo I took on the way there, having never seen such wonderful views in person. May I also add that I’m not a fan of flying. its not so much the fear of impending doom in a fiery death, but more the sense that it is somewhat un natural. I also get really awful head and ear aches when we touch down as I can never seem to make my ears pop. Despite my distaste of flying, since the hobbit this picture has always reminded me of the song, which takes me back to the place, which will always be in my heart.
My true self comes out in the summer and I am truly, truly happy.8 notes
